- He should be a Pakistani citizen.
- He got Pakistani citizenship.
- At least 16 years of academic career.
- Age should not be over 45 years.
- At least 5 years experience in the field.
- And furthermore Affairs or Defense Sector (Subclass 500) able to fulfill all the requirements of the Australian government to hold a visa.
